200-Hours Yoga Teacher Training

200-Hours yoga teacher training certificate accredited by either Yoga Alliance USA or any other body is required. A Bachelor’s degree would work in case you don’t have a 200 Hours YTT certificate.

Basic Knowledge

A basic understanding of basic yoga as no extra time will be spent in teaching basic yoga.

Medical Authorization

A medical authorization by the pregnant women permitting them to practice yoga.
